Tariffs - Bhimtal Hotel Booking

90% amount room rent / package cost refunded for cancellation before 30 days of check in date
50% room rent / package will be refunded 15 days of check in date
25% room rent /package will be refunded 7 days of check in date at resort
No refund in any case for cancellation within 7 days of check in date at resort
No refunds in case of a check out earlier than the booked schedule
Any delay or cancellation of hotel booking on account of cancellation of flights or any other
transport arrangement due to bad weather or other natural cause will be liable for cancellation
charges as mentioned above
The Booking / Reservation shall be confirmed from the Corporate office, New Delhi/Head office
Ramnager only after the receipt of full payment in advance
The resort reserves the right to deny accommodation to a guest in the absence of a valid
confirmation voucher issued from the reservations department or absence of updation from the
concerned Travel Agent
Resort has right to revise / suspend any tariff / package offered at any point of time and can
refund the advance received
Pets are not allowed in the resort premises; Drivers and attendants accompanying guests will be
charged at extras as applicable for lodging and boarding in the resort premises

Check in time 12:00 noon; check out time 10:00 am
Early check in and late check outs will be chargeable at extras @ Rs 1000/- per room on double
occupancy; extra meals chargeable at actuals
